About Jeff Battenberg (aka “Mr. B”)

Jeff Battenberg is a recognized Square 1 System Practitioner. Mr. B is a neuro-training practicioner – Certified Level 1 – working on his mastership through the Neurotraining Institute located out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida since October 2023. He does continuing education weekly through the Neurotraining Institute and reaches out to other sources for constant improvement.

 

Mr. B is the creator of a Neuro-Martial-Fitness program for Special Needs Adults that he, and his wife Renee Battenberg are using at The Village Centers in Kingwood, TX. This partnership, and Neuro-martial fitness program has existed since December, 2023. He and his wife also brought Rock Steady Boxing to Texas in 2015 from Indianapolis, Indiana. They were the first affiliate school in Texas for Rock Steady Boxing – helping people with Parkinson’s Disease “Fight Back”, and giving them hope that they can train the body and mind to help beat what P.D. is doing to their body. He has worked with Parkinson’s boxers for 10 years, and with Special Needs adults for 2 years. He has been an instructor in the martial art of Taekwondo since 1989 teaching thousands of students over the decades.

 

Mr. B is a Certified “Square 1 Practitioner – Levels 1 & 2”. He was trained directly by Shawn Sherman (the founder of the Square1System (Square1System.com) and is currently the only Certified Square1 Practitioner in Houston, Tx.
